Samuel is a governance, finance risk, and compliance expert with 16 years of experience in fintech, DFS, and banking. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Coventry University, a Certificate in Digital Money from DFI, and is a PECB ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Lead Implementer. 

Samuel has competency in advisory services, policy and framework development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. He has worked with and served companies including GIZ, Bank of Ghana, Cal Bank, Airtel Money, ProCredit, Palmpay, Izwe, FBN, MTN Mobile Money, AppsNmobile, Brassica Pay, and ITEX.

Samuel is part of the SIA team that worked on the GIZ-funded Bank of Ghana supervisory manual for vetting emerging digital financial services and products.
