Sarah Sitts brings 15 years of experience researching, developing, managing, and measuring international development initiatives to the SIA team.

She designs and assesses programs in the areas of resilience, livelihoods, inclusive markets, and women’s economic empowerment. She develops plans for project monitoring and evaluation, and has conducted research on resilience, value chains, and resource networks. She led Pact’s Cambodia country office and has worked in many other countries in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in sustainable international development.
